This is a circle for women of color who are pursuing roles in non-traditional spaces, or, alternatively, pursuing executive positions in spaces that are typically male dominated. Our goal is to meet to encourage, empower, mentor and mobilize ambitious women of color, while helping them to tackle the unique barriers to entry they face in the working world.
