Our mission
To cultivate values in the members through peer-to-peer learning which will help build foundation for the future business leaders and help them be the ambassadors of LEAN IN in the respective organizations they will be leading going forward.
Lean In is a nonprofit organization and online community dedicated to helping all women achieve their ambitions. Lean IN NUS MBA circle(in association with the Diversity and Inclusion Club) is a platform for all the people in NUS MBA who want to feel empowered and want to make a difference in their lives as well as the lives of others. The idea of a Lean IN circle in Asia's Leading Business school is a stepping stone towards providing the world with leaders fully equipped with tools of Leaning IN for each other and to further be ambassadors of Lean IN to incorporate the learnings into the respective corporate cultures they would be in a few months from now. This chapter and and other Lean In Circles that will be part of this chapter is about saying "yes" to doing more. Join us today :D
