Lean in Maroc is about Moroccan women empowerement through a network of seasoned Mentors, men and women, and women Mentees. Also, it aims to bring to Moroccan Women access to experience and best practices sharing, carreer support, training, networking as well as coaching. The objective of this initiative is to help Moroccan working women to achieve their ambitions through helping and supporting each others. Principally based in Casablanca, we hope extending to other Moroccan Cities.
