Lean In Loyola Marymount prepares students to reach their full potential in a postgraduate workplace. Our core values are leadership, empowerment, adversity, networking, and inclusivity. At Lean In Loyola Marymount, we cultivate leaders who embrace their identities and accept other's experiences to mobilize change in the workplace. We recognize obstacles that limit one's potential and equip students with the resources to overcome them. We collaborate with organizations with the mission of intersectional equity and professional development. We invite students from all disciplines to Lean In and connect with peers in their fields of interest to build a network of support beyond college.
