Lean In Locally is a group for women in the Northfield area looking to develop a professional and social network and who have a common goal to create a better world for woman. Because Circles are encouraged to gather people with similar backgrounds in order to be most useful, our circle is focused on professional women who live and work in Northfield and who are in a "mid-career" phase of life (not entry level or executive), but who may come from a variety of experiences (single, partnered/married, kids, no kids, thinking about kids, grad degrees, no grad degrees, considering pursuing another degree, management, thinking about management, etc).
