Gender: Co-Ed Status: Active Duty Description: This group was created to bring military professionals together to discuss and explore diversity and inclusion in our world. While Lean In focuses on the realities of women in the work place, this group will discuss the importance of diversity of all kinds in the military, to improve ourselves as leaders and mentors. We will begin this social experiment by discussing one chapter of Lean In per meeting. Depending on the needs and interests of the group, we will choose another diversity and leadership-centric book to study together.
