This Circle aims to create a safer campus environment for women. There needs to be education, in and outside of classrooms, for the student population about how women's opinions matter, how they should not be interrupted by their male classmates, how they are in no way lesser than them, how women have a right to say "no" without giving any explanation, how violence is not justified in any circumstances no matter what she said "no" to. This behavior from men is not only ignored but is accepted and even expected in our society. The objective of this Circle is education about women issues and dangers of misogyny, so that one day, a woman might actually say that she feels completely safe on her college campus.
