Our mission
We aim to energize, empower and enable our members to develop the confidence to make plans become actions and support each other to reach new heights in both our professional and personal lives.
This is a circle for all women (men welcome too!) seeking female support and networking. Whether you're a recent graduate, new mom, senior exec, entrepreneur, etc. we welcome you to share your experiences and goals with us, and hopefully we can inspire and positively influence each other to grow in both our careers and in our personal lives, (as the two can never be fully separated, anyway). La Jolla/Bay Ho will be the primary meeting grounds but those living or working elsewhere that don't mind commuting for meetings are more than welcome. We meet the 2nd Monday and 4th Thursday of the month. We typically split the meeting into two halves, with the first half being skill building and the second half of the meeting is for members to share current challenges and have the group help in problem solving. The goal is to have the group give advice and have the member with the challenge come up with 2 or 3 action items and report back next time to see it through.
