Our mission
The Lean In Hennepin Employee Resource Group aims to raise awareness about gender issues, provide educational experiences, inspire, challenge, and support women in professional and personal development. We accomplish this by providing networking opportunities for staff across the county and creating a supportive venue for discussion around challenging issues, novel ideas, problem solving, capacity building, and succession planning.
All Hennepin County employees are encouraged to join the Lean In Hennepin Employee Resource Group. Everyone is encouraged to join the conversation at Hennepin County's Lean In Circles. Circles are safe, facilitated, and moderated discussions about topics relevant to county employees personal and professional development.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
