This is a circle where everybody is welcome. Lean In Ghent, is meant to be a space for women who want to meet regularly, share ideas, talk about coaching and help make a difference either within the companies they built, work for or the associations they support. This group is for women who believe in challenging the status quo and think differently. This group is for the women who want to learn more about themselves and the others and believe in why they do what they do. Still, men are welcome if they want to be part of the change and to learn on how to potentiate that change.
