Lean In Georgia holds regular meetings to discuss the themes of the book and the topic of women's empowerment and gender inclusion in general. The mission of the group is to discuss these topics within a Georgian cultural framework, and to encourage Georgians of different genders and backgrounds to become more familiar with these ideas. " Lean in Georgia" არის შეხვედრების სერია, რომლებიც მოიცავს ამავე სახელწოდების წიგნში არსებული თემების და ზოგადად ქალთა მხარდაჭერისა და გენდერის თემებზე საუბრებს. ამ ჯგუფის მიზანია განიხილოს წიგნში წამოჭრილი თემები ქართულ კულტურულ ჭრილში და წაახალისოს სხვადასხვა გენდერის და სხვადასხვა გამოცდილების ქართველები რომ ისინი გახდნენ უფრო გათვითცნობიერებულები ამ საკითხებში.
