Lean In Fukuokaでは、Lean Inと同じ理念である 「女性が自由に野心を持って、挑戦することができる社会の実現」を目指して活動しています。 Facebook COO シェリル・サンドバーグ氏による著書 "Lean In"は日本でも2013年に出版され、今ではアメリカを中心に世界で"Lean In"という言葉が使われるようになりました。また、日本においても安倍内閣によって、女性の社会進出に注目が寄せられておりますが、まだ女性が当たり前のように活躍する社会を実現できるとは言い切れません。 こうした中、Lean In Fukuokaではカジュアルなミートアップ(ランチ会やカフェでお茶など)を定期的に開催して、日常生活で感じていること、会社では言いづらいけれど疑問に思っていることなどを、同世代、または世代を越えて気軽に話せる場所をつくりたいと活動しています。 今後、Facebookやウェブサイトを通して告知しますので、ぜひご参加ください! ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Lean In chapter based in Fukuoka, Japan!
