We're a Lean In Circle for cadets of the Air Force ROTC Detachment 370. We are dedicated to promoting the Department of Defense efforts to encourage diverse leadership and empower all women to achieve their ambitions. MISSION: Connecting cadets to be empowered in the workplace, build professional networks, and encourage them to succeed in college and the DoD. GOAL: Cadets who meet regularly to learn and grow together, openly discuss gender issues in the work place, and share experiences and advice on overcoming challenges in the military and DoD.
