The Lean In Circle Melbourne is an opportunity for both men and women to get together once a month and discuss topics that relate to our professional lives, broadly speaking. The goals are: • To create and foster connections among Circle members • To identify opportunities for positive change within The Foundation and take the necessary steps to promote or implement change • To learn and discuss topics that are of interest to the Circle members • To discuss any workplace issue
Lean In is an employee-led initiative to support gender equity at The Fred Hollows Foundation. The Lean In initiative aims to: - encourage discussion about how gender impacts everyone's role and experience at work - provide an opportunity for employees to discuss their personal and professional development and learn from others - generate ideas that support equal opportunities and strong employee engagement at The Foundation.
