Helping to empower individuals to better achieve professional growth & enhance leadership capabilities. Somewhat generic, right? Well, the fact is, it’s true! As a seasoned marketing and sales professional, I have a demonstrated history of working with people throughout my organization to help them achieve their own personal potential. The majority of people I have mentored or invested personal time in have been women, as well as ethnic minorities.
Through our Lean In Circle, we’ll focus on topics designed to aim to energize, empower and enable our members to make an impact in their lives and, when possible, to pay it forward. During the year, I can promise several things: * exposure to other extremely successful female executives, both from within and Cigna and beyond our walls * our agenda will ensure that your investment in yourself, through this time commitment, will be valuable * that we’ll create an environment of trust * that you will be uncomfortable at times - the strongest growth comes when we are challenged and pushed At the end of our time: * have further expanded your internal network * have identified specific opportunities to push through discomfort * experimented with different flavors of courage * ultimately have strengthened YOU as you continue to learn and grow
