Let's make a difference with the first ever campus based circle in Japan! This is a community for those who want to make our society that women can pursue their ambitions. Our activities are mainly held at Waseda University, focusing on events where we invite all the people around the community to network with each other, discuss the problem that we have as women and how we can change society. We use discussion materials from LeanIn.org. We truly believe in peer support so that we are just more than networking group, as we focus on every member's personal and professional growth by sharing goals, viewpoints and challenges alike. We are member of Lean In Tokyo Chapter and we have strong Lean In network through them all over Japan. Please feel free to join our Circle and events! Lean In Wasedaでは、Lean Inと同じ理念である 「女性が自由に野心を持って、挑戦することができる社会の実現」を目指して活動しています。 Lean In Wasedaは名前の通り、主に早稲田大学にて、日本初のキャンパスサークルとして活動しています。 私たちは、主に地域で行われる少人数のネットワーキングイベントを開催しています。家庭や職場での女性ならではの悩みを話したり、悩みに対してどのように行動すれば良いのかについて、Lean In米国本部から提供される資料を使ってディスカッションをします。 私たちは「ピアサポート」と呼ばれる女性がお互いをサポートすることがとても大切だと考えています。少しでもイベント参加者が勇気を出して行動を起こすキッカケとなると考えており、活動しています。Facebookやウェブサイトを通して告知しているので、ぜひご参加ください! また、Lean In XXXはLean In 日本地域代表のLean In Tokyoのサークルメンバーでもあります。日本全国で連携を取りながら、大きなムーブメントとして活動しています。
