I would like to invite (wo)men who are career focused and would like to know more about (wo)men in leadership and how to get there. My vision for our society is, that we respect each other and acknowledge the capability, potential and talent of individuals and/or groups and we do everything that it needs to help those people to succeed - even if that means that they will be our competitors one day! I strongly believe that our world would be a better place. Already Johann Wolfgang von Goethe knew this "Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and we help them to become what they are capable of being." When we have reached that goal then I would say we have reached equality. So lets begin...
