Our mission
Our mission is to connect aspiring Asians to develop cross-cultural skills and amend the gap between the Asian culture that shaped our mind and the American culture that is shaping our present and future.
Lean In Asians is a community in the San Francisco Bay area, offering online and off-line gatherings to connect Asians on topics including cross-cultural communication skills, career development, and work-life balance. Our definition of Asians is not racial but cultural, including: 1) those who grew up in an Asian country; 2) those who were raised anywhere in the world, but in a household dominated by an Asian culture; 3) those who grew up under Asian cultural influence.
