This is a circle for Architects that will seek for ways to encourage women to be more assertive at work and not let biases keep them from pushing forward. They should seek challenges, take risks and pursue their goals with gust and avoid (unintentionally) holding themselves back in their career. Also, the group will focus on challenges to create a well-balanced work and family life and still have a will to lead.
