We focus on celebrating unique experiences of creative, neurodivergent and nontraditional professionals through ideation and conversation and discuss leadership identity- aiming to give female professionals something great to walk away with
This is a Lean In chapter for professionals of all walks of life, career changers, and creatives in the Silicon Valley community and beyond. We are celebrating diverse backgrounds, personalities, and working styles that make the workplace human by focusing on leadership, communication, impact and success through gatherings and events and peer mentorship. We will explore career transitions, leadership and communication, and professional growth & learning in an experimental space.
