Goals for Our Lean In Circle: Foster leadership growth through a curriculum designed specifically for women. Build a strong peer network where members can learn, grow, and support one another. Provide a space for personal and professional skill development. Create a blend of leadership workshops and a supportive community to empower women to achieve their goals.
