About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

The term "neurodivergent" refers to the idea that differences in the human brain are natural and normal and, in many cases, can lead to meaningful and positive insights and abilities. People are described as neurodiverse when their thought patterns, behaviors, or learning styles fall outside of what is considered "normal," or neurotypical. The concept of neurodiversity is gaining traction as both neurodiverse and neurotypical people are finding that differences are not necessarily disabilities. Some differences can be real strengths. This Lean-In circle is for anyone dealing with ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, OCD, Tourettes, etc. in the workplace - as an employee or a leader.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
