I am open to suggestions but think it might be a good idea to use a book to help us guide us through the meetings. Upon some research, I think the book "Leadershift: The 11 Essential Changes Every Leader Must Embrace" might be a good fit but would leave it up to the group to discuss and confirm how to move forward.
