The Leadership and Breaking Barriers Lean-In Circle is a group for anyone and everyone seeking to share and hone leadership skills and break down barriers for the promotion of progress in oneself, in others, and in our environments. We will meet regularly to develop an understanding of our company’s organizational structure and business, to define good leadership, and to put action to the skills we learn and the knowledge we gain; some of these activities may involve frankly sharing experiences in a safe and confidential environment and producing events to share knowledge with others. Overall, we seek to develop personally and professionally to lead ourselves, our teams, and our company to success.
