Confidentiality. A confidential space for women of colour (and their advocates) living and working in Europe. Communication. Openly communicate advocacy and leadership tips, tricks, etc. for women of colour. Commitment. Being committed to a minimum of six months with our Circle to achieve our goals and grow.
Supporting leaders who are also women of colour living and working in Europe. For women of colour (and their advocates) who may not think of themselves as leaders but want to step into it, and for leaders who want to support those women with their own experiences.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
