Our mission
#SheLeadsSheEmpowers supports the development of RGA women by providing opportunities for networking, leadership and career development using internal programming and external organizations that enable us to retain and attract talent.
#SheLeadsSheEmployers is a small groups of 10-12 women who want to connect, learn and grow together. This is a safe space for women to connect and share experiences and also build new skills together. 2023's theme is Finding Personal & Professional Success in 2023 and each circle will meet virtually 6 times during the year. RGA is actively working to increase representation at every level. This is done through the investment in programs to mentor and accelerate the development of high potential talent to grow into leadership roles, enabling managers to become inclusive leaders, constantly reviewing our processes for effectiveness and fairness, and diversifying our candidate pool through internal initiatives and external partnerships.
