Our mission is to provide a supportive and empowering community for Latinas in Chicago and the surrounding areas. We aim to create a space where members can openly discuss work diversity issues, find solace in shared experiences, and seek support and guidance from fellow Latinas.
Welcome to Latinas in Chicago! This safe and inclusive space was created to empower and uplift Latinas in Chicago and surrounding areas. We understand the unique challenges and experiences faced by Latina professionals in the workplace, and we believe that coming together as a community can make a significant impact. In our supportive environment, members have the opportunity to share their stories, exchange ideas, and find solace in knowing that they are not alone in their journey. We encourage open dialogue and invite members to discuss topics such as workplace discrimination, representation, cultural identity, career advancement and more.
