Ladies Lean In - Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Encinitas We are a group of local women who have been meeting quarterly to learn, grow, socialize and find ways for us, and our respective practices, to flourish. We often have a short speaker, learn a little bit, share a glass of wine & small bites (potluck) and the camaraderie of like-minded women. So far we are primarily advisors, attorneys, CPA's, consultants, chairs, directors and related professionals -- working in a shared demographic. We are an open, inclusive group, and look to meet monthly as we build some shared leadership to help shoulder the organizing efforts. Many hands and all that. We look forward to meeting you.
