Kindness Leads hopes to bring strong female leaders together from all races, sexual orientations, ages, religions and cultures to explore the power of kindness, and how we can put learned practices to use.
Kindness Leads is an online community building and networking initiative with female driven leadership in mind. It focuses on exploring kindness as a means to creating more equitable and compassionate workspaces and creative spaces. One that embraces the host of challenges and strengths that come with leading with heart of a woman.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
