The Kellogg JV Circle is a group of female JVs coming together with the goal of empowering women both personally and professionally through discussions revolving around issues that affect our everyday lives. Kellogg JV Lean In Circle 2018 Goals: 1. To push and advocate for ourselves both personally and professionally as JVs. 2. To find others we truly connect with and establish a core network both inside and outside of the JV world. 3. To find balance in the juggling act which is being a JV: find balance with juggling your goals with your partner's goals, your professional needs with your partner's professional needs, and your personal and social needs with your partner's personal and social needs. 4.
