Our mission
Our mission is to bring together women of Josephine County to foster respectful dialogue, grow in understanding, and create meaningful change. We believe that civil discourse is the foundation for a stronger, healthier community. Through regular gatherings, shared learning, and collaborative action, we aim to support one another, stay grounded in a challenging world, and work toward solutions that move our community forward in a positive and constructive way.
Our collective is a welcoming space for women in Josephine County to come together with the shared goal of making a positive difference in our community. We believe that real change begins with thoughtful conversation, collaboration, and action. We meet regularly in small groups to: * Engage in civil discourse – discussing local issues and challenges with respect and open minds * Learn and grow together – sharing knowledge, experiences, and tools to become more effective community members and leaders * Support each other – offering encouragement, accountability, and connection * Take action – turning our conversations into meaningful steps that benefit our community Our group is rooted in the belief that when women come together with purpose, they can spark real and lasting impact…for themselves, their families, and Josephine County as a whole.
