The purpose of this group is to build a community among JCU female staff and faculty interested in leadership. We seek to facilitate the development and empowerment of current and future female leaders through various means, including peer learning, a speaker series which may include presentations and workshops, and a support network for peers. We will have both informal and formal opportunities to connect and learn!
