Do you recharge in silence, are drained by small talk and cringe at 'let's go around the room and introduce ourselves'? This Lean In Circle is a space built for introverted women navigating extroverted industries like sales, PR, media, finance and any field where networking, self-promotion, and constant visibility are the unwritten rules for getting ahead. This is a space to reflect and explore how to advocate for ourselves without burning out, build influence on our own terms, find our voice in rooms that reward the loudest, and lead in ways that feel authentic to who we are. There's no expectation of networking and no pressure to "speak up more." Just honest conversations. (Yes, we see the irony of bringing introverts together in a group setting. But think of it less like a networking group and more like a quiet corner of the internet where everyone just gets it, no small talk required.)
