Pay It Forward is a group mentoring initiative focused on handing down relevant information from our senior leaders who have already benefitted from mentoring experiences and are now willing to “pay it forward” to our gateway grade women worldwide. The mentoring circles can focus on a variety of topics, the priority of which is to be determined within each individual circle: - Progression and retention at Intel - Business and technical readiness for promotion / BU changes - Personal growth through strategic networking - Executive presence and enhanced presentation skills - Deeper understanding of Intel culture and the progression path
