INNOVOGUE is a chapter for the campus Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, Delhi whose aim is to unite more women in tech so that we all could move hand in hand. As together we can raise a generation of female leaders who can be powerful allies for each other. It aims at promoting leadership among women and leaning in for the community to come together and support each other. Thus, we endeavour to make them realise the difference between the thoughts -“I’m not ready to do that” and “I want to do that and I’ll learn by doing it.” Everyone does freak out while making a transition into the real world. But once we start tuning into what we think and feel, and what we truly care about, we can begin to forge our own path. Let us lean in together to make a positive difference, because together we can surely change the world!
