I've recently had back and forth online input from a social media source. Conversation was based on a post that said that more and more women are leaving their STEM field in their mid level carriers. LEVO mentors, seminars and online shares have somewhat help me when I struggle with whatever situation I was going thru. I was prompted to do likewise and do what I can do within my Spehere of influence. Please don't be afraid to join in and participate.
