In Real Life (IRL) is a conversation circle for women who are seeking a forum to connect outside of social media, texting and emailing. It's a safe space created to foster open, honest, authentic, face-to-face discussion. Each month focusses on a single topic, led by a moderator. Participants are encouraged to speak up, listen and learn from one another, while avoiding judgment, defensiveness and anger.
