Overall, women make up 58% of the in-house population (SRA) and yet according to a 2016 report produced by The Lawyer, there are currently just 22 female general counsels in FTSE 100 firms. The road to in house can be particularly varied. The purpose of this group is to create a forum for sharing expertise, experience and encouragement.
