Many immigrant and culturally diverse women reach a point in their careers where they feel capable and experienced, yet still face challenges that are rarely named or supported in traditional development spaces. This circle is part of the Lunova Coaching initiative and is designed as a safe and supportive space. This is a place to pause, reflect, reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your migration story, and think intentionally about what comes next in your life or career.
