Our mission
Lean In Circle at IIT Kharagpur aims to encourage and help women in looking ahead and create change at both a personal and community level.
In an institute like IIT Kharagpur with only about 10% female population, it becomes a necessity to push ourselves further into leaning in. The aim of this circle is to build a strong community for girls on campus. The circle meet ups are focussed on personal growth, as well as on solving some of the pertinent issues on campus with respect to girls. Students get mentorship, special guidance on Academics, Internships, Job Placements as well as general Circle meetings which have various topics for discussions and overall growth.
