This circle will work on promoting and supporting juniors from my college to achieve more than they think they can . I have these following goals in mind : 1. Successful completion of a technical project under proper guidance and association with ASME 2. Association with Enactus , IGDTUW chapter to promote a social project to support women entrepreneurs 3. Association with Entrepreneurship Development Cell of IGDTUW and organize talks on women and entrepreneurship . 4. A self promoting and awareness campaign where we will pool in all management books , share them and eventually learn about the B world 5. Organizing a pep talk every week with the team to keep up the enthusiasm
