About our Circle

  • Looking for members

Lean In Circles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise provide the ideal supportive network. Members (women and men) continue to encourage each other to take the needed steps to achieve their goals and ambitions, taking on new challenges and opportunities. Lean In at HPE is about all of us working together to create a more equal world in which we can all reach our goals and shine. Women today are asking for more, stepping outside their comfort zone and leaning in. The group meets regularly to learn and grow together, gain new skills and go further. Research shows that we are more confident and are able to learn and accomplish more in small groups. The Bracknell Lean In circle will meet face to face on a monthly basis for approximately 90 minutes, to explore professional topics and exchange personal experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust. Topics we will cover include amongst other; power and influence, negotiation, team dynamics, communicating with confidence. Our goal is that members are learning together and from each other, where we will alternate the meetings between Education and Exploration activities.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
