I have always been fascinated by female leadership and entrepreneurialship. Women are uniquely wired and do not always get the support or respect they deserve or need. Outside of the business politics and red tape women continue to face unique hurdles. Being the twentieth century one might expect these to have dissipated by now, however they continue to be in full force. How do we as leaders stay true to ourselves, maintain our integrity, and still succeed? Must we fit the mold? Can we remain assertive without judgement? These are just a few hurdles we as female leaders and entrepreneurs face. I don't know about you but I choose to sit at the table whenever I have a chance! This circle is designed to lift up our fellow female leaders and entrepreneurs. We do not have jobs or careers. We have callings. We are "driven" and dedicated to being successful and many of us have obligations outside of our work...the list goes on. Does a circus balancing act come to mind? This circle will serve to support and network with one another while providing mentorship and fellowship. Women do not tear other women down-we lift each other up!
