This is a trauma-informed group will share & discuss how students & health providers have studdied, lived, struggled, and/or overcome mental &/or phsycial health challenges while also being a health care providers. This can include anxiety, depression, burnout, neurodiversity, physicial and invinsible disabilities, and infertility. The leader (Stephanie) has openly shared her own journey and how she has requested accomidations and supports at the medical school level. This is a safe space to listen to other's stories, share resources, and share your own if you would like (not required). Learn how to advocate for your own needs!
