Our mission
International Women’s Day 2019 theme is #BalanceForBetter and Hands Up will look to highlight the importance of equality and how finding a balance for better benefits us all. From each of our events, we are looking to cover topics that have been identified as barriers to achieving true gender equality in the workplace and find positive solutions that can be implemented in our workplaces.
Hands Up is a circle for women in the marketing industry who range from junior to senior leadership positions in London. Hands Up was created to make a space where you can take ownership of your future by not being afraid to put your hands up and take on the responsibility for building a workplace we want. It will be an open environment where women feel confident to participate and make positive changes. We seek to support each other and discuss key topics taking learnings from each other, ultimately working together to achieve a balance for better.
