Global Women is a Lean In circle for a small group of women around the world. These are risk takers, game changers, and leaders. We are the future. So what's a circle? It's a small commitment, but a commitment none the less. When you join, you're asked to submit your goal for the entire circle to see. From there you will be invited to our secret facebook group (i.e., it's not searchable -- all members need to first join in Lean In). Each month, members submit a short update on their goals. This group is CONFIDENTIAL and OFF THE RECORD. Meaning that nothing which is said or posted should be shared outside of the facebook or Lean In group. Please have respect for each other's privacy, as this will add a lot of value to our conversations. My goal is to get all of us women in a room together somewhere in the world. Hawaii? Tokyo? Doesn't matter.
