The goal of this lean in circle is to provide women with opportunities to be inspired, be mentored, and to be supported by other women in their community. Through learning better leadership skills and developing better career tactics and skills, women will become fierce allies. The days of pulling the career ladder up behind us must be abolished—we must reach down to younger generations and across to our peers in order for us to all win.
