A major focus at FLIR is developing what we call the “Three C’s”: Communication, Collaboration and Coordination. The Lean In program aligns perfectly with these, and will help develop participants' communication skills, build cross-functional collaboration and strengthen our organizational effectiveness. Empowering women by enabling these educational resources and creating a strong network, will help FLIR continue to perform at the highest level.
