About our Circle

  • Looking for members

Keeping fit is not easy. Exercising regularly is not easy. Eating healthy always is not easy. Do you agree? I heard you said Yes. Did you know that we are almost guaranteed to develop fit habits if we work out in a group or with a buddy? Says who? Tons of credible research studies. We know the importance of exercising and healthy diet, but often fail to pursue it. Well, here is a solution that actually works! Fit Friends. Join us to get fit, stay healthy and happy. Our goal is to work out together on mixed exercises- Yoga, Meditation, Skipping,Hula Hoop, and Body-Weight exercises. We support each other in managing long-term wellness through exercise and lifestyle changes. The goal is to stay accountable, motivated and dedicated. If not, your Fit Friends are there to keep you on track. Through Fit Friends, we hope that women and girls in our community focus on their health as much as they focus on their careers and relationships. How to get started? First, you accept our invitation and join the circle of "Fit Friends". Then, you will be notified of the upcoming meeting. You sign up. Finally, you show up at circle meetings where we workout together. We meet for one hour on 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month at 9 am. You workout for free and there are no teachers. You and your Fit Friends are your teachers and you are sure to learn life's most important lesson- Staying healthy and happy. How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
