Through Lean In Circles, Fiserv WIL aims to create camaraderie for remote members who may not have an opportunity to participate in office-based events. Pilot participants will be provided with a way to engage virtually with other Fiserv associates and share thoughts, reactions and ideas in response to the Lean In Circles modules.
